• Single point of contact for all Dealers / Distributors and manage the communication directly with the Dealers of the Region.
• Manage and improve the Relationship between the Dealers & Company and among the dealers.
• Manage the requirements and Expectations of the dealers.
• Manage / Resolve and provide solution for any issues /conflict between dealers or between Dealers and the company
• Administer and Govern Dealership Agreements, Commercial terms and conditions and Special schemes
• Measure and Monitor the KPIs set for the dealers and communicate to them on fortnightly basis.
• Be responsible for receivables management in the region
