Job Description
 

 Must interact with global customers- US, Europe and Asia Pacific
 Responsible for lead generation, cold calling and setting business appointments
 Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch;; solution pitch
 Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to SparkSupport Infotech (P) Ltd are captured and explored
 Manage and maintain sales pipeline and ensure smooth conduct of sales administration activities
 Respond to client queries in timely manner
 Ensure that the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
 

Desired Profile
 

Must be a graduate or postgraduate with minimum one year experience in IT/ITES/BPO
 Must have been a part of sales/ cold calling/ voice process team to overseas clients, specially English speaking countries
 Should have excellent oral and written English communication skills
 Must have formal telephonic etiquettes
 Should be dynamic, self driven and articulate.
 Should be able to adapt a process oriented work style
 Excellence in using Microsoft office suite (, excel workbook.)
 Familiarity to software terminologies and technical jargons.
 Must be comfortable to work in evening shifts
