Job Description
 

 ·         Responsible for handling CEO's calender and coordinate for leadership team.

·         Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO to include, but not limited to: managing and maintaining an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that may be confidential and sensitive.

·         Appointment fixing with clients, preparing invite letters, preparing and coordinating their meetings and agendas.

·         Coordinate and maintain smooth communication efforts between the CEOs office, internal departments and senior management.

·         Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

·         Successfully complete and follow through on critical aspects of tasks and projects for the CEO with a hands-on approach.

·         Responsible for handling all travel arrangements domestic and international including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, off-site meeting venues for the leadership team.

·         Additionally to handle travel desk for sales and leadership team.

Desired Profile
 

 ·         Preferably Female candidate with excellent communication skill. Should have min 3 to 6 yrs of experience as an Executive Secretary to Managing Director / CEO etc.

·         Self-motivated, responsible and experienced at working in fast-paced environment

·         Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Oral is must (English, Tamil & Hindi would be added advantage)

·         Highly Professional, Warm/Personable Style, which Fosters Trust & Cooperation

·         Detail orientated, organized, structured and able to multi-task effectively.

·         Positive Attitude and Flair for handling all secretverdana work.

·         Should be good at Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & Typing.

Should have similar experience of handling the administrative office of senior management
