>> To Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls.

>> To Handle Escalation Calls and Customer Calls.

>> Allot the Particular Complaint to the Concerned Field Engineer.

>> Resolve the Issues within the Stipulated Time Frame.

>> Hindi & English Speaking and Understanding is Mandatory.

>> Any Candidate with Good Communication Skill in Hindi and English is Must. 

>> If  Fresher There will be a Bond for a Year.

>> Candidate should be Energetic and Good in Hindi & English, willing to work in shifts mentioned below

 

- No Pick up and Drop will be provided by the Company.


- Day shift .


6 days working.


- Dont need candidates who is very far like Avadi, kanchipuram etc.

Desired Profile
 

 

  • Any Graduates with 0 to 1yrs Experience in Call center, Fresher’s also can Apply.
  • Candidates with Excellent Communication Skill in English and Hindi.
  • Speaking and Understanding Hindi is Must.
  • Good Communication Skills – Language Fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil would be Advantage
  • Good Analytical skills and Aggressive.
