· * Assumes responsibility and accountability for developing and maintainingaccurate and detailed reports for each assigned functional area within the assigned Division/department. Independently reviews, monitors, reconciles and reports on all relevant metricsfor the department. Plays an active role in daily, weekly and month-end reporting.
* Works with managers to ensure that the needs and expectations of the Executives are met through a concise operational reporting dashboard providing the departments with data in order to have visibility into losses and operational results.
* Accurately creates, maintains and distributes all assigned reporting within expected timeframes.
* Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management updates.
* Identifies and implements reporting enhancements.
* Plays a key role in the integration of new initiatives.
* Work with client’s IT partners to retrieve all needed data from various systems and review that data for accuracy.
* Performs maintenance to existing schedules and reports for changes to information.
* Seeks out new tools and methods to automate production reporting.
* Independently verifies accuracy of report information to maintain data integrity.
* Monitors and analyzes trends, fluctuations or anomalies in results, reacts quickly to determine root causes, and makes recommendations to implement process improvements.
* Ensures that analytical tools evolve as business changes.
* Identifies data collection and storage requirements for data management and work with appropriate departments to successfully implement those requirements. (i.e., via Data warehouse).
* Acts as the central resource for ad hoc reporting, and determines best practices in developingnew value added reporting for the division / department.
* Develops knowledge base to keep current on existing and emerging issues; applies thisknowledge to assist managers in developing measurements of success.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate business relationships with internal andexternal customers.
* Responds to inquiries from management, auditors and other authorities regarding the data in reports issued by the department.
* Performs various special projects as assigned.
* Proven experience of working on complex analytics assignments/projects/engagements
